About Amar

Amar is a prize-winning Chartered Tax Advisor with 11+ years of experience advising SME’s, corporates, and public sector bodies on VAT.

Amar began his career at HMRC working as a criminal Fraud Investigator before becoming a VAT inspector and specialising in VAT for financial services.  Subsequently Amar moved into VAT advisory at large accountancy practices, most recently with BDO as a Senior Manager.

Amar’s key aim is to provide sound technical VAT advice, with practical, commercial solutions to identify risk, savings, and create value.
